Kvačkana sovica, obesek za ključe / Crochet owl keychain

Že nekaj let sem imela na obesku za ključe malo plišasto zeleno modro ribo. Lahko si predstavljate kako žalostno izrabljeno je izgledala. Ko sem na All about Ami zasledila objavo glede obeska v obliki sovice, sem se hitro lotila kvačkanja.

For a few years I had a little green blue fish on my keychain. You can only imagine how sad worn out it looked. When I saw a post on All about Ami about a owl keychain, I quickly started crocheting.

Načrt za sovico je delo Josephine iz "A Morning Cup of Jo Creations".

Sedaj samo upam, da ne izgubim ključev ;)

Pingvina Sam in Amy / Penguin Sam and Amy

Glede na to, da dežuje že cel teden, sem imela (še več) časa za kvačkanje. Pri izbiri ideje za amigurumi mi je pomagala prijateljica, ki mi je poslala načrt za pingvina, parček Sam in Amy.

Considering that is's raining all week, I had (even) more time to crochet. An idea for amigurumi came from a friend who sent me a pattern for penguins, couple called Sam and Amy.

Uporabila sem:

- kvačko velikosti 4,5 mm.

- volno različne barve.

- sintetično polnilo.

I used:

- 4,5 mm crochet hook.

- Different colors of yarn.

- Synthetic stuffing.

Naredi sam: Prstani iz gumbov / DIY: Button rings

Vse se je začelo, ko sem pri fantovi omi iskala tri navadne bele gumbe, ki bi jih prišila na posteljnino - s katere so magično izginili :o V manjši škatli so se poleg navadnih gumbov skrivali pravi lepotci. Dobila sem idejo, da bi si iz njih naredila prstane.

It all started when I was at my boyfriends grandmother, looking for three ordinary buttons, to sew them on my bedding - from which they magically disappeared :o In a small box, next to ordinary button, there were hiding real beauties. I got an idea to make rings out of them.

Potem ko sem s kleščami odstranila nastavek na zadnji strani gumba, sem le tega s sekundnim lepilom nalepila na nastavek za prstan. 

After I removed the shank from the back side of the button with clippers, I glued the button on a base ring.

In že so tu novi prstani!

And there they are, new rings!

Ena velika sova / One big owl

Sova, ki vlada vsem ... ;)
 
One owl to rule them all ... ;)

Prijateljica se je po skoraj dveh letih življenja v Kanadi z družino vrnila nazaj domov. Tako, da sem imela priložnost prvič (v živo) spoznati njeno hčerkico. Seveda pa nisem smela na obisk praznih rok, zato sem ji skvačkala veliko sovo.

A friend of mine, returned with her family back home form Canada, after living there for almost two years. So I had the opportunity o meet her daughter (in person) for the first time. Of course, I couldn't go for a visit empty-handed, so I  crochet her a owl.

Uporabila sem:

- kvačko velikosti 5 mm.

- 50 g volno oranžne in roza barve

- filc črne barve za oči in rdeče za kljun.

- sintetično polnilo.

I used:

- 5 mm crochet hook.

- 50 g yarn in pink and orange color.

- Black felt for eyes and red one for beak.
- Synthetic stuffing.

Male sovice / Little owls

Že nekaj časa so sove strašno popularne, na verižicah, šolskih zvezkih pa tudi pri kvačkanju. Za zvezke sem malo prestara (samo za leto ali dve ;) in ker verižice s sovami že imam, sem si morala nabaviti le kakšno kvačkano sovico.

For a while now owls are tremendously popular, on necklaces, notebooks and also in crochet. For school notebooks I'm a bit to old (only for a year or two ;) and I already have necklaces with owls, I only had to get me a crochet owl.

No, nabavila naredila sem več kot eno sovico :) Načrt zanje sem našla na Ana Paula's Amigurumi Patterns & Random Cuteness, moje pa končane merijo v višino 9,5 cm. Prevelike so za obesek za ključe, ravno pravšnje pa za v avto, z vrvico privezane na vzvratno ogledalo (namesto kakšnega CD-ja ali kosmatih kock ;)

Well, I got made more than one owl :) Pattern for them I found on Ana Paula's Amigurumi Patterns & Random Cuteness, mine finished measure in height 9,5 cm. They are a bit to big to go on a keychain, but just right to go in a car, with string attached to a rear mirror (instead of some CD or those furry dices ;)

Uporabila sem:
- kvačko velikosti 4,5.
- 50 g volno Gruendl Four Seasons, Lisa uni različnih barv.
- 10 mm črne oči.
- sintetično polnilo.

I used:
- 4,5 mm crochet hook.
- 50 g  yarn Gruendl Four Seasons, Lisa uni in different colors.
- 10 mm black safety eyes.
- Synthetic stuffing..

Kvačkan kaktus / Crochet cactus

Sestrična je imela rojstni dan in, ker je že pred časom izrazila željo po kvačkanem kaktusu, sem se odločila, da ga naredim kot del rojstnodnevnega darila. In kaj je najbolj super pri tem kaktusu? Ni ga potrebno zalivati, nikoli! ;)

It was my cousins birthday and because she previously expressed a wish for a crochet cactus, I decided to make it as a part of a birthday present. And what's the best thing about this cactus? You don't need to water it, ever! ;)

Načrt za kaktus sem našla na Elf Luv's Dwarf Crochet. Na voljo so kar štirje različni načrti, jaz sem se odločila za tretjega. Končan kaktus je v višino meril ok. 14 cm.


I found crochet pattern for cactus on Elf Luv's Dwarf Crochet. You can choose between four different patterns, I decided on the third one. In the end, the cactus was about 14 cm tall.

Uporabila sem: 
- 6 mm kvačko.
- Zeleno (YarnArt, Merino exclusive, barva 780), roza (YarnArt, Merino exclusive, barva 762) in rjavo volno. 
- Sintetično polnilo.

I used:
- 6 mm crochet hook.
- Green (YarnArt, Merino exclusive, color 780), pink (YarnArt, Merino exclusive, color 762) and brown yarn.
- Synthetic stuffing.
